Hey family! It’s time for Orange 2019. Orange is my favorite event of the year. Why? Because of all the amazing people I get to meet. Every year, I reconnect with old friends and hundreds of new friends. Before you pack your bags, let’s go over a couple of really important things you need to know.

1. Tell me a little about yourself. We’re building the most comprehensive tribe of NextGen/Family Ministry leaders on the planet. If this is your ministry role, we want to know you and connect you to all the opportunities available. Take three minutes and fill out the NextGen Survey. Once you hit submit, we’ll send you some helpful content you’ll be glad to have. Also, I’m giving away some tickets to Orange Tour 2019, NEXT 2020, and Orange Conference 2020 to people who fill out the survey. Filled out the survey before? Do it again and update your information with us!
2. Join the NextGen community on Facebook. A few years ago we created the “I Am NextGen” Facebook group. Over 600 NextGen/Family Ministry Leaders have joined and the conversations are AMAZING. It can be hard to find fellow NextGen leaders in your community, so step toward community here first.
3. RSVP to a NextGen MeetUp at Orange! Every year, we put together a handful of live, “in-the-flesh” meetups. Make plans to attend at least one this year. If you don’t leave Orange with a handful of phone numbers and email addresses, you did something wrong.
4. Sign up for some ministry coaching! This year, YouLead and Ministry Boost is offering 75+ one-on-one coaching sessions. These 25-minute sessions are free and they are first come, first served. Seriously, they’ll all be snatched up before you know it. We’re providing coaching sessions for NextGen leaders, youth leaders, children’s ministry leaders and just about everything you can imagine. Sign up for a session for yourself! Sign up for a session for your staff!
5. Attend a general session in the YouLead/Ministry Boost Suite. Connect with other NextGen leaders and attend one of the general sessions in the arena. Meet some of the most experienced NextGen leaders before and after the session in the YouLead/Ministry Boost Suite. Space is limited, grab a seat when you can. Seats are available during all general sessions on Thursday and Friday.
